My First Day

Hey so I'll be starting the ABC Diet tomorrow so I figured why not make a blog for it to help me keep on track by posting what I eat each day and such.
So here I am starting at 135 (gross right?) and I have eight weeks to go. Ready for crazy results? I am! Looking forward to that flat stomach and lovely gap between thighs :) As well as being able to wear most anything and look good.
Of course I'm not expecting to get this from just those eight weeks, I know I'll have to stick to a healthy diet to get all the weight off - and keep it off - but this diet is the start to all that and I can't wait to get started.
So tonight I'll have a feast with a bunch of veggies and fruit for desert ... my mom got some beef chunks so maybe I'll make a little soup with that, but then that's it!
Tomorrow. 500 calories. Go!
