500 cal struggle

I'm actually finding this harder than I thought - but not for the obvious reasons. Honestly I'm finding it hard to get close to the maximum amount f calories for today. All I've had so far is a bag of baked lays (120) and a gala apple (80). I know it's not required to the exact amount of calories each day, but I want to get close because I know when you fluctuate the amount of calories you eat each day it helps you loose the weight fast, where as if I each the same number of calories each day I'll end up at a plateau where I can't loose anymore weight. Anywho I've just got to find 300 calories to eat in the next four hours (I don't eat after six).
I should be on here again tonight to more officially record my calorie intake for today. Ta ta for now.
