Total - 510 cal (I'm so disappointed)
Day 2
banana - 120 cal
gala apple - 80 cal
can of regular V8 - 70 cal (I need to get the low sodium one it tastes far better, but this was all my dad had)
motts original applesauce - 90
mini pinkberry mango and original - 130 cal
Total - 490 (so it evens out with yesterday)
And a bonus for today my friend wanted to go to a buffet today and said she wouldn't eat if I didn't so I got a plate of food and everything but I didn't eat a single bite, and had her fooled the whole time with moving my food around and cutting it up and such :) so that made me feel strong and will help keep me motivated.
Tomorrow 300 cal. Go!
