Day 4

1 scrambled egg (in the microwave so no butter of anything needed to keep it from sticking) - 101 cal
1 slice whole wheat toast - 100 cal
cheerios and milk - 187

Total - 388

And today I played nonstop Just Dance at my friends for an hour and actually built up a sweat and then jogged some after to cool down. And you know how after a good cardio workout your stomach should feel cool? Well guess who's stomach was nice cool? Mine! :D

Tomorrow 100 cal. Go!
