Hey y'all!
So I said I'd allow one snack yesterday right? Well I actually fasted yesterday as well! :) And I am still on track with the abc diet today so that means I'm fasting today as well.
The binge I did on Sunday actually really has helped keep me on track now. Every time I think I might break, or binge again I just think back to how I felt after I binged on Sunday and it stops all my cravings.
Tomorrow 150 cal. Go!
