Hey there I'm back from my trip.
I was terrible, I binged on the way back so bad. So, I'm fasting today and only allowing one low cal snack tomorrow, and then I'll be back on track with the abc diet tomorrow by fasting again. :)
Remember to drink LOTS of water it really curbs your appetite. I didn't have anything all day Sunday, and then because there was absolutely nothing in my stomach, and I had a headache so I binged to try and get rid of it.
But on the bright side I can now look back and think of how I felt after I binged, and how disgusted I was with myself so next time I want to binge I'll just think of that and it'll help stop me.
Hope you all are doing well with your diets, and handling your cravings well. We can do this, I believe in you!
