So all I've had for the past two days - besides water - is my glass of Woodford Reserve I treat myself to after a long day at work. ;) But I think tomorrow I should probably opt for coffee over the whiskey. Anywho just wanted to update/share what I'm up to. Ooh! Also me and one of my long time friends recently bonded over being anorexic! :D This has definitely helped the both of us on our Ana/Mia journeys. Just having someone to talk to and to help you keep on track, especially someone you've already known for so long. I'm just so glad we shared our demons.

It's been too long
I haven't been on in a while because I was ashamed that I've binged at least twice each week for the last two weeks. :(
So now I'm fasting. I started yesterday, and hope to go through tomorrow.
After the three days fasting I'm going to start on an all liquid diet (since I'm so off schedule with the abc diet). So I'll definitely be drinking tons of water, and other low cal drinks. As well for my protein I'll be drinking low sodium V8 quite a bit. Yet I'm going to try and do fasts as much as possible, so I'll probably fast for three days, then have some V8, and soup (like tomato soup or chicken broth and such), and then fast for another two to three days and repeat. :)

Day 11
Hey y'all it's day 10 which is supposed to mean 150 calories.
Well I'm trying to go for a four day fast so that would include today as the last fasting day. :) So to help with that I spent most of my morning in bed (thanks to having class canceled) ;)
Anywho that would mean tomorrow is 200 cal or less, which hopefully wont be to hard since again I am going out of ton to visit my friend at college for Halloween, so I hope I don't binge like I did last weekend while I was away.
Tomorrow 200 cal. Go!

Day 10
Hey y'all!
So I said I'd allow one snack yesterday right? Well I actually fasted yesterday as well! :) And I am still on track with the abc diet today so that means I'm fasting today as well.
The binge I did on Sunday actually really has helped keep me on track now. Every time I think I might break, or binge again I just think back to how I felt after I binged on Sunday and it stops all my cravings.
Tomorrow 150 cal. Go!

Day 8
Hey there I'm back from my trip.
I was terrible, I binged on the way back so bad. So, I'm fasting today and only allowing one low cal snack tomorrow, and then I'll be back on track with the abc diet tomorrow by fasting again. :)
Remember to drink LOTS of water it really curbs your appetite. I didn't have anything all day Sunday, and then because there was absolutely nothing in my stomach, and I had a headache so I binged to try and get rid of it.
But on the bright side I can now look back and think of how I felt after I binged, and how disgusted I was with myself so next time I want to binge I'll just think of that and it'll help stop me.
Hope you all are doing well with your diets, and handling your cravings well. We can do this, I believe in you!

Hey dearies I will be gone for the weekend so I'll be posting my calorie intake for Saturday and Sunday on Monday. I'll try my best to stay on track while I don't have a computer to check how many calories everything has, but I'll really try to guess and just limit my portions in general.
Tomorrow 200 cal, Sunday 300 cal, Monday 400 cal. Go!

Day 4
1 scrambled egg (in the microwave so no butter of anything needed to keep it from sticking) - 101 cal
1 slice whole wheat toast - 100 cal
cheerios and milk - 187
Total - 388
And today I played nonstop Just Dance at my friends for an hour and actually built up a sweat and then jogged some after to cool down. And you know how after a good cardio workout your stomach should feel cool? Well guess who's stomach was nice cool? Mine! :D
Tomorrow 100 cal. Go!
