I haven't been on in a while because I was ashamed that I've binged at least twice each week for the last two weeks. :(
So now I'm fasting. I started yesterday, and hope to go through tomorrow.
After the three days fasting I'm going to start on an all liquid diet (since I'm so off schedule with the abc diet). So I'll definitely be drinking tons of water, and other low cal drinks. As well for my protein I'll be drinking low sodium V8 quite a bit. Yet I'm going to try and do fasts as much as possible, so I'll probably fast for three days, then have some V8, and soup (like tomato soup or chicken broth and such), and then fast for another two to three days and repeat. :)
